Return & Refund Policy – Health Food Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all health food items, supplements, vitamins, powders, capsules, oils, and consumable products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once sold.

This policy is in line with industry standards (including online policy for consumable health products).

No Refunds / No Returns Apply To:

• Opened or unopened health food items

• Supplements, vitamins, herbal products

• Powders, capsules, tablets, liquids

• Perishable or consumable goods

Exceptions (Only if applicable):

A replacement or refund may be considered only if:

• The item was damaged during transit, or

• The item received was incorrect, or

• The item has a manufacturer defect
